Post 274 has lost one of it's nicest members.
Air Force veteran Bennie Bugg has been called by God.
Bennie was in Lee Memorial Hospital for COVID 19
and lost his battle on November 22, 2020.
His wife, Doris, has tested positive with no symptoms.
Bennie served the Post as 2nd Vice Commander,
Treasurer, Executive Committee Member,
Color Guard Member and assisted in the kitchen.
He also helped as a carpenter.
Doris Bugg has requested that any donations,
in Bennie's memory, be made to American Legion
Post 274.
No memorial service has been scheduled, at this time.
